The new controller connects to the AP and proceed to update it’ firmware but is unable to complete the update and shows the AP as Disconnected.

ZD1200 is on S/V 10.1.1.0 build 79

R710 is on S/V 9.12.0.0.336

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I have resolved this problem by first downgrading the ZD to an earlier software version (9.13.3.0.164) which allowed the controller to connect to and upgrade the firmware in the AP.
