ICX7150-48PF-2X10G internal h/w fault

We are currently facing an issue with our ICX7150-48P switch, where several ports are showing a PoE fault status. Below are the details:

Issue Summary:
Some ports display “internal h/w fault” under PoE status, while others are functioning normallyPOE---.png

Kindly advise whether this issue can be fixed through configuration or firmware update,

or if an RMA replacement is required.

In the meantime, you may test the device using version 8095s and verify if "show poe detail" output remains the same.
