Hi everyone,
Black all screen keeps appearing when I try to access the RUCKUS management interface. The page loads, I log in, but then the screen goes completely black, and I cannot see any of my settings or configurations.
I have already tried clearing my browser cache, switching browsers, and even restarting the device, but nothing seems to help. Iam using RUCKUS SmartZone version 5.1.
Has anyone else faced this issue or know how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.
