Black all screen When Accessing RUCKUS Management Interface

Hi everyone,

Black  all screen keeps appearing when I try to access the RUCKUS management interface. The page loads, I log in, but then the screen goes completely black, and I cannot see any of my settings or configurations.

I have already tried clearing my browser cache, switching browsers, and even restarting the device, but nothing seems to help. Iam using RUCKUS SmartZone version 5.1.

Has anyone else faced this issue or know how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.

Hi Romromillys,

Could you please confirm if you have already tried in Firefox browser?

Please attach the screenshot of the WebUI page

Yes, I have tried accessing the WebUI using Firefox, but the  black screen issue still persists after logging in. I will attach the screenshot of the WebUI page shortly for your reference.

@Bitlife Yes, I have attempted to use Firefox to visit the WebUI, however even after logging in, the problem still exists. For your reference, I will soon provide a screenshot of the WebUI page.
