A single SSID, On Multiple Access Pints different number of clients

Given that you want the same SSID to be broadcasted by all 30 APs but with different client limit settings on two specific APs. How i can achieve this?

Since number of clients per radio is set on the SSID broadcasted i would create 2 wlans with different names but with the same SSID, ie clone the original, and make the adjustments on the cloned ssid.
Then create a different WLAN-group to add the limited SSID in, WG Limited, together with  other WLANs that should be broadcasted. 

Then I would create a new AP-group (AP-group limited) that uses the "WG limited", and finally add the APs affected to that AP-group.
