Only available options are Captcha & Recaptcha ...

Hello,
Are you using guest access via sponsor approval?
If yes, does the end user receive verification code via email/ SMS, from the On board cloud email/ SMS service ?

Guest access via captive portal , the guest should enter his/her mobile then receive SMS .

Please check if you see the following under the "CAPTCHA" section:
If so, as mentioned in the screen shot, CAPTCHA/ reCAPTCHA distinguishes between human and machine input protecting against spam and automated attacks. To disable CAPTCHA/reCAPTCHA please configure your own SMS and/or EMAIL server in Administration->System Services.
