Cloudpath on premise with Google SAML

Hi there,

I've deployed Cloudpath 5.9.5179 on my VMWare ESXi server (on prem using private IP and not accessible from internet), I've followed the guidelines and created new workflow to authenticate using Google SAML but getting below error message:

 

SAML Login
Unable to authorize via SAML.

Unable to Authenticate - User did not successfully authenticate with IdP
 
can someone enlight me?

The information given is very limited. The error says the Cloudpath is not able to authenticate Google with the SAML identity information provided.

Can you refer to this document?
