how to change a existing account in Cloud us to Cloud eu

Hi,

You should be able to login into eu.ruckus.cloud

You can delete you APs from US and then add APs to EU.

Make sure you configure venue, WLANs and other config before moving the APs to EU.

Yes I am able to login into eu.ruckus.cloud, but the portal switch to Cloud US.
Probable the account has been setup to Cloud US
There are no AP's configed yet, it is a new account to the WiFi Cloud.
How to switch to Cloud EU ?

I was on the chat with Ruckus support and i was able to do the reactivation in the Cloud EU

So problem has been solved by Ruckus support - thanks
