Ruckus vSpot API

Hello all,

We deployed ruckus vSpot wifi analytics service to work along with SmartZone controller. Smartzone controller feeds vSpot with presence data. However, I cant manage to utilize vSpot API's which is in BETA. I inserted API_key to GUI and used same API_key in basic auth with a dumb password as described in the guide.

Below curl is from the API document of vSpot:

curl -u 77eXXXXX6ff:X http:/vspotip/api/v1/venues.json

I cant get answer to this curl I have also tried postman. There is no firewall issue or sth like that. It is all accessible.

What is the issue? Are vSpot APIs broken ?
