No Ruckus unleashed app

Hello I am trying to download the Ruckus Unleashed app for IOS. However when I go to search for it it can’t be found.,

No luck it bring me to the App Store and I get this error

The same thing is happening to me and I have no idea what’s going on. Have you figured anything out yet?

No wish I did not sure if it’s because I am on the new IOS 13 or what.
