App no longer working

My app no longer finds my APs.. I can access the web interface for setup and troubleshooting but when using my app I get an error that says “Unable to reach unleashed network” “failed to load wlans”

 I’ve rebooted, deleted and re-downloaded, and even reset my APs. 
Again, if I go to the unleashes.ruckuswireless.com in my web browser it works just fine.

Hello @Wardlect 

Please check and confirm if the latest firmware version is running on the unleashed controller.

Try to login into the unleashed app by using other mobile device as well. Also try to login via using social login into the unleashed app.

Please check if app remote management option is enabled on the unleashed controller WebUI .
