after extend license support Controller then license AP Support still invalid

hi masters,

I have an issue after I have already extend my licenese controoler and AP, but the status AP licennse suppport still invalid. any advice for this?

Hi @aprianto_aprian 

You would need to verify the quantity of Support on AP Licenses purchased for your account. The number of AP support license must be >= 90% of the number of AP license activated under the account or it would show invalid. For more details also refer article - https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000004935You can also contact RUCKUS Support/LAT to verify your AP support license percentage and if it is above 90% we can advise further.
