Virtual license activation doesn’t ask the customer to bind the SN, since they are account specific and not SN specific.
Follow the below steps to activate virtual licenses via support portal
- Customer to open the License Purchase Acknowledgement (SPA) email that was received from Ruckus/Disti/VAR for the order
- Login to Ruckus support portal: https://support.ruckuswireless.com
- Click on Activate Purchase
- Enter the activation code "LIC-123456-AAA-BBB-CCC" in the box
- Review the order, accept the terms and conditions and click on Activate Purchase
- The licenses are bound to the LiMAN license pool and are available for the customer to add them on the virtual controller
