- Customer to open the Support Purchase Acknowledgement (SPA) email that was received from Ruckus/Disti/VAR for the order
- Login to Ruckus support portal: https://support.ruckuswireless.com
- Click on Activate Purchase
- Enter the activation code "SUP-123456-AAA-BBB-CCC" in the box
- Review the order, accept the terms and conditions and click on Activate Purchase
- Click on the Hyperlink for the product code. This is a very important step, as this binds the product SN to the support contract
- Enter the product SN and click on Validate Serial Number
Note: If the support purchased is on 2 or more quantities, you need to go back, click on the hyperlink and repeat the process And the support is activated
