We reset our Ruckus router to change our internet provider and now not only did it change the wifi name - which is an easy fix but now it is UNSECURED - and I cannot find how to make it secure again...I don't see a WPA/anything???

Hi @walkerfl,

Could you provide more information like what do you mean by Unsecured?

Is it the wifi connection itself showing unsecured or the controller?

Please provide details like what product you are using, what is the current software version, screenshot of the problem will also help.

If this is related to wifi connection showing unsecured then just log into the RUCKUS controller and make sure SSID is configured with WPA2 or WPA3 encryption with a passphrase. If it is RUCKUS Controller web page showing unsecured then you have to buy a signed certificate and import on RUCKUS Controller to make its web server secure.
