Less than perfect kludge: choose one channel and then set the TX Power option below at min! Not off but very weak.

There is probably a console command that disables 5Ghz (and monnat probably knows it)!

Or you could go down the individual AP route (lots of work if you have large number) and untick the "enable WLAN service for this radio"

I would assume this turns off the 5GHz. Assumptions can be wrong!

From help manual:
WLAN Service: Uncheck this check box to disable WLAN service entirely for this radio. (This option can be useful if you want dual-band 802.11n APs to provide service only on the 5 GHz radio, in order to reduce interference on the 2.4 GHz band, for example.) You can also disable service for a particular WLAN at specific times of day or days of the week, by setting the Service Schedule. For more information, see Advanced Options for creating a WLAN.

Look at the first answer...

Create an empty WLAN Group and assign it to the radio you want to turn off.  The radios won't actually turn off as they will sitll participate in Background Scanning and Rogue Detection, but they won't be transmitting any SSIDs.

If you want to completely turn off the radio, this can be done today on a per-AP basis.

If you want to completely turn off the radio on a per-group basis, wait for 9.13.

As with Andrea C earlier I am a little intrigued why you want to turn off the 5GHz.
