r700 help keeps dropping

there are a couple r700 around my house and recently they keep dropping and flashing the dir light is flashing every 2 seconds. when i restart it i will connect for like 10 min than disconnect. only way i can connect to it is by restarting it. i also recently got new neighbors if that means anything
