r310 AP keeps rebooting every 30 mins

Hello all! I have an r310 AP that has recently begun to reboot itself every 20-30 minutes. I cannot get it to keep the network online.

Usually I have two r310 APs on the network (standalone/Unleashed). They have operated fine for two years, but in the past month or so they now reboot themselves every 30 minutes or so—totally disrupting the wifi network and knocking every client offline.
I have tried setting them up again after a hard reset but the same thing happens.

I am now running just one AP for the network, and still it reboots every 20 minutes or so.

Any suggestions as to what I can try? It's so frustrating!

Hi Paul,

Is this from AP support info or syslog from Unleashed?

Please refer this document link, download and attach the log again.

https://docs.ruckuswireless.com/unleashed/200.0.9.9/#c-SystemOverview.html

Also I would suggest to log a case with support because support team will analyse the support information and can troubleshoot the issue further.

There could be multiple reasons for AP heartbeat loss and frequent reboot.

Hi Paul,

AP Restart : power cycle, is mostly due to issues with insufficient power, cable or port.
You can try checking on these.

But, I would recommend to open a support case so that the TAC team can analyse more on this.
