Hello i have a ZD3000 that is behind a NAT with a public ip and the AP's are in different LAN and gateways.. till here everything fine all works, but when i try to use the option of spectrum analyse i don't get data.. it says is monitoring but i don't get any data with all the AP's that are capable of this analysis.. could be a specific network port that is use to send this info? Anybody knows why? thanks .

I would experiment by installing one of the supported APs on the ZD3000's side of the firewall.  One guess is that the firewall is blocking TCP/IP broadcast traffic, this assumes that is how the spectrum analysis traffic is being communicated to the ZD.

a side they work. But that doesn't resolve my problem 🙂 because we use the ZD's on our datacenter behind i firewall, so i need identify what are the ports needed and so far it seems aleatory and there's nothing in the manual in the requirements of firewall .
