load balancing to a near AP when is full of clients

Hello,
i have a question, for what i understood so far the load balancing of clients between AP's is based on the RSSI when a client see that is a better level switch for a near one. But i watched sometimes i have some AP's that achieve the maximum of connected ap's and i see some clients not able to connected when there is a near AP's with lot's of free space and that clients don't room for that AP. There's any way to resolve this?

Hi,
I faced this issue before, what I did that I checked the channel between two APs, make sure they were not overlap.
And enabled bandstering, force the devices connect at 5GHz.

I hope this help.

Thanks Hoang i will try this.

Hello Monnat, i already see that article but it's more about "client if its signal falls below user definable threshold" and RSSI levels, that with never happen since the clients are near the AP, just it it's the threshold of maximum users connected lot's of time and the near one (about 25 -30  meters) it's with lot of availability .
