Will Ruckus access points still run without a zone director ?

Hi, we have a zonedirector 1100 and 6 access points (eg 7363).

I'm trying to understand for resilience, and contingency plans in case any of our hardware fails. What would happen if the zonedirector failed ? Would it mean all the access points would continue to work, but not able to update or something. Or would the whole wireless network fail until it was fixed ?

Thanks Karl and Todd, knowing this should help us with contingency plans.

Your clients who stay on their AP should have local connectivity (until the AP reboots after X min recovery settting period).
Open Auth or WPA-PSK clients may be able to roam, but not 802.1x, WISPr, or Guest Access WLAN clients, who need
the ZD for re-auth.
See also "Autonomous WLAN", designed for use if/when ZD connection is lost, in the ZD User Guide.
