I am trying to use a 7363 to create 2 wireless networks linked to two wired networks but separate from each other. (In other words, behave as two totally separate APs.)
One wired connection is a local development subnet with DHCP support on it 10.0.0.x and the other (guest) is direct from the WAN Modem so needs DHCP and NAT. The development network has a home linksys router running DDWRT and basic switches only. There are maybe 3-4 machines wired to it plus a few wireless clients. The guest network has no distribution - being just one connection from the modem.
There were a couple of things about this setup that puzzled me.
a) The 7363 has only one gateway and DNS setting so I have pointed this at 10.0.0.3 and the associated DNS servers. I am hoping that any DHCP servers in the 7363 will serve this info out - is that the case?
b) I am not sure how to set up the ethernet port and WLAN so there is a NAT between them (with DHCP on its new subnet.)
