Unleashed R650 frequent reboot - Fatal error received from wcss software!

Hi All, 

Anyone with AX-capable access point experiencing frequent heartbeat loss and self-reboots?
Checked cable are good, and PoE injectors are from Ruckus as well. 

From the logs, I was able to find related messages:
