Hi All,
Anyone with AX-capable access point experiencing frequent heartbeat loss and self-reboots?
Checked cable are good, and PoE injectors are from Ruckus as well.
From the logs, I was able to find related messages:

Although Ruckus did not specified what bugs that were fixed, the 2023-08-31 released firmware (i.e. 200.14.6.1.203) solved this frequent reboot problem.

Hi @Yitpong
If this is not a Lennar homes setup, can you open a support case and share the AP support file which you have downloaded. We would like the check the complete logs to find the issue.
Let me know the support case number once you open it.

Did anything ever come out of your support ticket? I have a very similar issue with my R650 on the same firmware that it looks like you have.
