Unable to upgrade license

We purchased the upgrade to go from 12 AP's to 25 AP's a little while ago, the temporary license worked fine (which has now expired) but we are unable to redeem the new full license.  Every time I try to upgrade the license I get "You can not activate this code.  Your account does not match the sales order." Obviously that message is quite self-explanatory, the issue is we don't have any associated accounts, we purchased everything directly through Ruckus and these codes were sent straight to me from Ruckus.  Any help would be appreciated.
