Hi Sathish,
For the R730 Lan1/Port1 port to work the AP must be powered by PoE+ (802.3at+ 35W (high Power) and the Ethernet port will need LLDP enabled so the AP negotiates the power.
From the quick start guide:
https://support.ruckuswireless.com/documents/2443-ruckus-r730-ap-quick-setup-guide-qsgNOTE:
The PoE switch port must run link layer
disco
very protocol (LLDP) power over Ethernet/MDI
(PoE+) in order for the R730 to operate in full-power
mode. This may require enabling both LLDP and
Power via MDI (dot3) on the switch, if available.
Ruckus PoE+ injector: 902-1170-XX00
You can also use the high power (60W) Ruckus PoE injector
902-0180-XX00

You can verify the power delivered to the AP using the following AP command:
rkscli: get power-mode
I hope this is helpful,
