Unable to Downgrade Unleashed Firmware on R770

Hi Expert,

I am unable to downgrade my R770 Unleashed firmware from 200.18.7.1.323 to 200.16.7.0.402 via the Local Upgrade page.

The R770 has an issue initializing Wi-Fi after completing the Quick Setup on version 200.18.7.1.323, so I would like to downgrade to 200.16.7.0.402 for testing purposes.

For reference, the AP was originally running the standalone firmware 122.0.0.0.722. I upgraded it to 200.18.7.1.323 for testing, but the Wi-Fi initialization issue persists(Hardware problem detected during AP [XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX] attemp to join [No Radio]).

Could you please advise how I can successfully perform the downgrade or how to setup the WIFI without problem?

Could you please confirm if you have tried local upgrade as shown in below link from 200.18 version ?

If so, could you please let us know if you're encountering any errors during the process? If possible, kindly share screenshots or photos of any error messages you’re seeing.

Hi Chandini,

I've reach local agent and they helped me upgrade back to R1 version and everything works fine so far except the cloud cannot contact R770. We will open ticket to continue the case.
