I have a Wireless Unify OpenScape WLAN Phone WL4 Handset and I'm using a Ruckus R650 system. Occasionally, I experience continuous signal drops. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can share the logs by following the below steps to check on the issue:
1. Download the AP support file from the ZD GUI by clicking on the AP where the client is connected to.
2. Notice the time of issue.
3. Search for the client MAC address in the support file, share the event logs at the time of issue.
You can also open a support case so that we can help you on this issue and checking the logs.
