I really could use some help in reconnecting my wi-fi devices. I have tried every suggestion mentioned but noting is working. We have been without internet for almost a week. I teach online and this is not the best scenario.
The problem began after a power surge tripped my surge protector. The main box does have two steady lights (green and yellow) however, the ceiling devices have no lights. All the online remedies have not solved the issue.
I would appreciate a quick response.

Having the same issue. Nothing has worked. Factory reset has done nothing
