Hello everyone,
I have login problem of my Ruckus T610S AP.
AP is already power ON.
PWR & CTL LEDs are slow blinking once by once.
I can ping to the AP default IP address and get reply.
But I can't web access, ssh & telnet to configure.
How can I fix it?
Please help me to fix this issue. Thanks.

- Identify the type of AP model
- Find a paper clip or the clip that came with the AP
- Ensure the AP is powered on
- Locate the Reset or FD button
- Press and hold the button for 10 seconds
- Release the button and allow the AP to reboot

If your Ruckus T610S AP responds to ping but not web, SSH, or Telnet access, ensure your device is on the same subnet as the AP, confirm you're using the correct default credentials (e.g., admin/admin or admin/ruckus1), and disable any firewalls that might block traffic. Reset the AP to factory settings by holding the reset button for 10-30 seconds, and try accessing it again. If issues persist, check for open ports using tools like nmap, attempt recovery mode, or reflash the firmware via TFTP using the latest firmware from Ruckus. For further help, contact Ruckus support with detailed information.
