R320 version mismatch - how to resolve

Hi, I have 3 R320 AP's, I have factory reset the first one and set that one up as a master. I then reset the next AP and tried to adopt that onto the system. I can see it, however the "Unleashed Dashboard" shows that it has a version mismatch. I have tried to update the 2nd AP but the update fails and I cannot add/use it.

Any suggestions?

Kindly consider the following methods to resolve the issue:

Method 1:
You may attempt to upgrade the Access Point (AP) to the desired version using the TFTP method. Please refer to the article linked below for detailed instructions:
Upgrade via TFTP

Method 2:

  1. Disconnect the functional AP.
  2. Keep the problematic AP online and perform a factory reset.
  3. Upgrade the AP to the desired version and then perform another factory reset.
  4. Ensure that all APs are running the same version.
  5. Reconnect the initially working AP, followed by the other two APs.
