Hello,
we currently have a similar problem with a customer.
All of the customer's Apple devices (iPhone, MacBook Pro, iMac) are having problems connecting to the Ruckus R650 Unleashed access points.
The connection is always interrupted and the iMacs / Macbooks are then reconnected but no IP is obtained. It only helps to deactivate and reactivate the WLAN on the client.

We've experienced issues with Apple devices for years having difficulty accepting our disclaimer page on our public open WLAN and randomly disconnecting from the WLAN.  We have owned both a ZoneDirector and are now on the Cloud controller and the same issues still take place.  It would be nice if Ruckus could figure out how to allow Apple products to connect as seamless as Android and Windows-based products.
