Ruckus AP not detected in switch

bgh
New Contributor

I have a Ruckus AP model H320 (Mac: 7047.7726.67b0) connected directly to my Cisco Catalyst 2960 > Port Gi0/5

But due to some reason Access Point is not detected in the switch

On Port Gi0/3 we have a different AP connected and this AP is detected and working

We tried resetting the AP mutliple

Changed the eth cable

Restarted the port Gi0/5

We also tried different port Gi0/9

But same issue

Here below is the configuration from Port Gi0/3 where a different AP works fine

And also the configuration from Port Gi0/5 and Gi0/9
