Ruckus AP R730 Not joining ZD 1200 even Firmware is updated

Hi, every one

I have a Ruckus ZD-1200 and 4 Ruckus AP R730.

ZD has 10.5.1.0 build 199 firmware that supports AP 730. but still none of my AP joined ZD 1200.

they can ping each other so there is no issue on the network configuration.

any one Help !

I had the same problem, but i can not upgrade 5.2.2.0.1004 to 114.0.0.0.6565.bl7 or to 112.1.0.0.504.bl7, i get "Image public key verification failed"...
Tried with Chrome instead of Safari after factory reset and was able to upload 114.0.0.0.6565.bl7
