Hello, I have a new zone director 1200 because my old zd is was damaged and it replaced. And now I have 4 AP 7372 in my new ZD I can't seen, i think is because it has old version of firmware.

Is there a way that I can see them on the controller?

Hi Kelvin,

just look for a firmware that runs on zd1200 and supports your 7372.

Best regards

Looks like the new ZD is running a lot *newer* firmware then your old ZD. You will have to downgrade the ZD to a perhaps a 10.1.X.X.X software version. I would consider retiring those AP's. Especially if your clients now support Wifi 6 or even 802.11ac . 7372's are very good AP's for Dual Band N, but security and performance moves on,

Hi @kelvin_rodriguez

These AP's (ZF7372) are not supported on ZD code 10.2+ hence they will never work on any of those upper version. The maximum supported code for these AP's are 10.1.2.x where you can manage all below AP's. Please keep in mind if you go for a downgrade the existing configuration would wipe and go to factory default.
