R720 Unleashed fast flashing CTL LED

I am running newest Unleashed firmware. Was trying to do a factory reset but lost power before procedure can complete. Now I can't access GUI via 192.168.0.1 and CTL flashes fast. Can this unit be recovered?

That's the power supply I got. I have two of them and both behaves the same. It has been a day since I installed it and saw this warning. I'll give some more time then. What should I check for if problem persists? Thanks.
