I flashed my R610's to the newer version 114.0.0.0.1294. I cant login using Chrome via the IP address . I have also tried a few other browsers same issue. Nothing loads. When I go to my WI/FI setting I can see its config.me XXXX MAC but still cant console in. I cant hard reset either using the reset button? I have 4 AP that I am locked out of. These were not connected to a controller just all plugged in on a POE switch when I upgraded them.
I am stuck any help would be greatly appreciated. Besides use them as door stoppers

Hi Mark,
Are you sure that you are following hard reset procedure correctly?
Here is the correct procedure, just in case you want to review.

Here is the correct procedure, just in case you want to review.
- Power up the AP.
- Push and hold the reset button for 12 seconds and then release the button.
- Wait for few minutes and let AP factory reset >> boot-up with default settings.
- Check in your DHCP server IP lease table if AP got the IP or not. In case DHCP is not supported in your wired network then connect a laptop to the same switch where AP is connected and then assign the IP 192.168.0.x/24 (other then .1 you can assign any IP) and then try to access AP.

Hi Mark,
Are you able to ping the AP's IP from LAN? If yes, can you try to CLI into the AP?
If the CLI access is working then we can try below commands:
1. get https : This will tell us if the https is enabled.
2. Set factory : To factory reset the AP.
3. Get version : To check the AP firmware is upgraded or not.

Sorry for the delay . You responded very quick , I just have been having issue's getting into the Forum portal but FireFox seems to be the magic browser 🙂
I was factory defaulting correctly.
I solved that issue thank you very much. I just had to add https:// ; (and I got in to the warning page to proceed because before I was getting a Chrome error page with no further action ?
I typed the HTTPS:// and the IP and presto I was in !
