We've got a problem, when we try to connect a new switch to our Ruckus R320.
Up until this point, we've been using a 3com switch, but when we tried using Netgear M4300-24X (XSM4324CS), it refused to work. Ruckus doesn't seem to recognize the device. Both of these switches work perfectly with different networking devices. We use a PoE charger on the way to the Ruckus, but no additional controllers.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this setup wouldn't work?
Netgear M4300-24X doesn't work when plugged into Ruckus R320, but it does work with different Access Point.
Firmware version: 200.8.10.3.278

Hi @Piotr
Greetings!
Thank you for reaching out to the RUCKUS Community Forums.
Based on your description, the issue may be related to the PoE (Power over Ethernet) capacity of your new switch, which might not be sufficient to support RUCKUS Access Points. I recommend checking with your switch vendor to confirm whether the device meets the necessary power requirements.
Additionally, could you please confirm if this is part of a Lennar Home RUCKUS setup?
Looking forward to your response.
Thank you once again.
