R500 Firmware, Can't find that matches Zone Director

I have a network running Zone Director 3000 on firmware 9.12.3.0 build 166.  I have 27 R500 access points working fine.

I have two R500 on 104.0.0.0.1347.bl7 that i cannot get past being a Rogue AP showing as "Island"

I'm not sure how to get these to correct firmware and join the ZD.  I've reset them countless times, tried numerous things including the aforementioned firmware someone said should get them to join and upgrade

Please download version 110.0.x of the software and upload it to the access point. After that, try connecting it to the ZoneDirector.

About Island SSID:
The Island SSID is a Mesh Recovery SSID used to reconnect isolated Mesh APs when they lose connection to their uplink AP. To enable recovery, the gateway must be manually defined on the AP.

In a Layer 2 setup, ZoneDirector-managed APs may activate the Mesh Recovery SSID even while connected to the ZD, if they can't reach the gateway or if no default gateway is set.

To configure this:

1.)Log in to the ZD GUI.
2.)Go to Configure → Access Points.
3.)lick Edit under Actions for the specific AP.
4.)Manually enter the Gateway.
5.)Save the changes and reboot the AP.
