On the ZoneFlew H500 how do I hook up my TV? Do I need a standard cable or do I need an HDMI cord?

Are you sure ?

The H500 is a 4 port switch with an access point in it, and a uplink port.
Its not a setupbox (iptv box).

So to answer your question no you cannot hookup directly your tv to it, unless your tv has wireless or a wired port
