Can anyone tell me the best Ruckus solution in a point to multipoint situation? I'm already using the 7731s in a 30 degress situation but need more beamwidth than that.

You need to buy a wider angle antenna. Ruckus sell some 120deg antennas. But there are also other antennas out there with varying baemwidths.
