I need to mount my 750s to these ceiling drops. Any recommendations regarding hardware/procedure for mounting?

In your case you can mount AP using standard industrial perforated mounting strap in form of square, mounting it to the socket box by 2 screws, and fixing AP by 2x screws to the strap. Will cost probably ~1 Eur.
