Mis aparatos se desconectan y reconectan solos

Mis aparatos como Alexa, sonos, termostato, puertas y garage no funcionan porque se están conectando y desconectando solo, trabajan junto con la app smart Things, esto sucedió desde que se fue la energía hace 2 meses he tratado de reconfigularlo con los paso que me dice la app pero todo sigue igual ya estoy desesperado, saben como solucionar este problema.
