Manually Configure Mesh on AP

Does anyone know how to manually configure Mesh on an AP? What info is required and what commands are necessary? I've searched through the topics, but can't find anything on it.

Mesh is only available when using a Zonedirector, not standalone AP's.

Yes. We have ZD3000. However I need to manually configure the 7782s for mesh. I cannot connect them to the network because of where they are located...

If mesh is enabled on your ZD, you need to connect the remote APs to the network so they can register with your ZD, and get provisioned with the mesh SSID and psk.

Once they are provisioned and seen as Roots to your ZD, you can disconnect an
AP Ethernet, and it should mesh to another Root AP at the location.

You cannot configure mesh on a standalone or factory defaulted AP.

I'm confused... Why are there commands in the AP CLI for setting mesh information if you cannot do it manually? "meshcfg, meshprov, etc..."
