Hello we have installed 4 stand alone 7352 AP's without a Zone Director. Is there a way we can change the WPA2 password other than connecting directly to each of the APs to change the password?

Unfortunately, there is no option to this :(
You need to connect to each AP wired/wireless to access it and get this changed.

How about using Flexmaster via:
1. Creating an AP config template (Configure > Standalone APs > Config Template)
2. Provisioning said template via configuration task
