Field Advisory: T301 Mounting
Bracket
What:
A small number of the T301 mounting brackets have been manufactured with a smaller M6 taping hole
instead of M8 which is the correct sized hole. This means that the M8*50mm
mounting bolts that are provided as part of the mounting hardware kit will
not fit. This affects around 1200 units of the T301-US51 and the T301-WW51
that have been shipped to Customers. The affected date range is 3715 to 4115.
The attached Field Advisory will be posted on the Ruckus Support Website under the T301 product.
Problem identification and resolution steps are outlined to replace defective mounting bracket components.
