Hi. I have 3 different SSID on different vlans. Trunk ports are configured for ap's. Do i need to configure trunk port for ZD1200 controller (management on vlan1)?

Hi, the controller can connect to an access port on the management vlan (vlan1) or a trunk with the management vlan un-tagged if using vlan 1 or you can tag the management to an alternative vlan  if required.

But does controller need to reach other vlans than management?

No just the management vlan.

If your traffic is being broken out at the AP's, all you need on the switch port facing the controller is the vlan you have for AP management

If however you are tunneling traffic back to the controller, and the traffic is being broken out at the controller, the switch port facing the controller needs have the necessary vlans you have provisioned on your SSID's and the ports facing the AP's only need the vlans for AP management
