Devices Connected to APs but APs acting as if they don't have internet

I have 2 Ruckus R320 Series - APs and a Ruckus ICX Switch 7150 that came with my Lennar home that was built 2 years ago. We had a power outage in the area and since that point my APs look like they are active and connected to my devices and my devices can connect to the APs but the web pages on my devices won't load. It's as if the APs aren't connected to the modem through the switch. Any help is appreciated.

Update here, I just logged into my unleashed app and it looks like the ICX Switch is disconnected and keeps asking me for an IP address. I am not sure which IP address that is though???
