Any switch that is 802.3af/at compliant will be fine.
The difference between these switches is the 10P is 62W and the 10MP is 124W:

So if you were looking at using all 8 ports for PoE then you will need to use the 10MP and the 10P will only support 4 AP's drawing 15.4W.
