I have the ruckus system installed in my house and all the access points have stopped working at the same time. I have talked to support team and the associate suggested that the hardware has gone bad and would need to be replaced.
please advise the best way to get the replacement as the technical support team needs a 'Confirmation' from this forum for them to be able to issue the replacement access points.

Hi Ritesh,
Can you verify the LED status on the AP and also if you have tried Hardreset on the AP by pressing reset button? Also confirm if you able to get internet access if you plug your computer to same port as AP.

Hi Rao,
The LED is not showing any light and Yes I have already tried the hard reset and it did not work. I was able to check the wire by using a computer and the wire looks good as it is able to transfer data successfully.

I would suggest you to open a new case to proceed with RMA.
